What is your returns policy?

We all make online shopping mistakes occasionally! You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You’ll need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by email. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. If we deem the item to be faulty, we’ll more than happily cover the cost of postage. Please keep a proof of postage! We’ll then contact you about a refund or exchange. Our address is: Relabelled Clothing, 10 Westfield Park South, Bath BA1 3HT

What about postage?

We aim to get all orders posted out within 5 working days. We are a very teeny tiny family team and each order matters to us - if we are a little late in posting, it's because we are swamped with orders or children! We will email to inform you when your order is heading its way to you. We aim to use as little plastic as possible in our P&P process, so clothing is wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper and sticker, then posted in compostable packaging. We will post your order out to you by Second Class Royal Mail, at £2.95 per order or FREE if you spend over £50. If you are local to our HQ in Bath, and have a BA1 or BA2 post code, we will hand deliver for free.

What makes Relabelled special?

Lots of things. But let's talk about our products.
All clothing we print on is GOTS certified, Fairwear, and made from organic or recycled materials. We use screen printing to print our clothes and work with a lovely local printers. This is especially important to us, as we are fans of supporting local, small businesses, whose ethos is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This is why they use water based inks.

Water based inks? Does that mean special washing instructions?

As we use screen printing, the design won’t peel off and colour fading is very minimal over the long life of the garment. We recommend washing at 30 degrees to be as environmentally friendly as possible, similarly, we don’t recommend tumble drying. Wash similar colours together, wash and iron inside out. Tumble drying and ironing will increase your chances of print fading and garment shrinkage as well as impact the environment and your household bills, so for all round happiness it's best to avoid them!
