SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY.

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Orders over £50.00 come with free delivery, everything else is a £2.95 flat rate. 

We aim to get your order out to you within 5 working days, and will notify you if it will be any later. You will receive an email when your item has been wrapped and out for delivery with the postie. 

At this time, we are only able to process orders for mainland UK. However, if you are wanting to send something further afield just email us (hello@relabelledclothing.com) and we can see what we can do! 

RETURNS POLICY.

We all make shopping mistakes occasionally! Please return all items within 28 days of your order being dispatched. The item must be unworn and in a sellable condition.

Your refund will then be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Please DO NOT return your item to us after 28 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you.

As we are a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage, unless however we deem the item to be faulty, them we will happily cover the cost of return postage (and do keep the receipt for this!).

Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.

Please keep a proof of postage and consider sending your item via a tracked service. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for a return we cannot then reasonably refund you for the goods that you have sent to us. 

You do not need to get in touch if you're wishing to refund your order.
